- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Payment is made monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan
- Refunds are available within 14 days of payment
- When canceling a subscription, access is retained until the end of the paid period
7. Limitation of Liability
BoS Files is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss,
lost profits, or any other damages arising from the use or inability
to use the service. We recommend maintaining backups of important files.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service
for violation of these Terms without refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be
communicated to you by email. Continued use of the service after changes
constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
